Besides making the true boutique Dr. No collection, I also like to work in my special Boutique laboratory to create a few limited editions and specials for the Boutique Guitar Effect Connoisseur. The Ford Falcon Fuzz.
This limited edition contains a Germanium Fuzz with two knobs (knobs may vary than on picture). A Volume and Fuzz potentiometer makes it a very versatile Fuzz with true vintage character. Ford Falcon Fuzz is a 1/18 scale steel die-cast model of the 1963 Ford Falcon.
The Circuit has two matched rare NOS AC128 germanium transistors in the Fuzz section and a power coverter circuit so that you can easily Daisy-chian this device with regular powersupply without any problems that we had in the past of using a battery or single isolated powersupply.
The first Ford Falcon Fuzz idea dates from 2005 when I made a Fuzz in a plastic Volvo 344 car model just for myself. Later 2012 Eric Corton asked me to build a couple for his now late platform Cortonville. The Ford Falcon Fuzz discontinued in 2015, but of great succes and and due to many requests, the Ford Falcon Fuzz will be back here in store in a short limited run. The previous run’s had a silicon transistor Fuzz, this limited run has a rare NOS AC128 Germanium Fuzz circuit.
The Ford Falcon Fuzz comes with a custom-made paper box with silkscreen, two knob version, keychain, spare engine, stickers, in Silver.
